This
alarm is reported when the battery circle circuit is broken and the battery is
configured.
Troubleshooting
steps: Make sure the batteries connection are
correct or not
Take down the
cover of the battery box and measure the voltage between the two wire
terminals. Make sure the voltage is consistent with the value on the label. If
not, then change the connection between the batteries. Re-connect the batteries
according to the “TBD Instructor” and Figure 1, if alarm appears, then go to next
step
2) Make
sure the switch of the battery circuit is ON, see Figure 2,If alarm appears, then go to next step
3) Make
sure the active switch of the battery on PMU is ON,Press the “ON” 5s by a small round pole till
a sound of connection,
4) If
alarm still appears, please
contact Huawei Technical Support
Attention,
after above operating, if alarm disappears, need test battery backup function.
The test method is: make sure battery is OK, and turn off AC input, observe
that whether BTS can work normally.
2. BTS3012AE AC Arrester Failure(ID:5672)
Troubleshooting
steps:
1)
Turn
off the AC input, and then remove the cover of the AC arrester. See Figure 4.
2)
Check
the connection of the power supply unit to make sure the N line cable is on the
right position, if OK, go to next step
3)
Make
sure that is safety; turn on the AC input, then check the LED of the AC
arrester. If the LED is green, maybe the alarm cable is not connected. Turn off
the AC input, and then reconnect the alarm cable. After that, check the alarm
is disappeared or not. If not, please change the AC arrester; if the LED of
arrester is red, check the voltage between L and N with multi-meter. If the
value is near 125V, the AC arrester is broken, please replace it. If the value
is abnormal, please check the connection between the N line cable and AC
arrester.
4)
If
alarm still appears, Replace the AC lightning arrester, The alarm is not
cleared if no,go to next step;
5)
Replace
the PMU., Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the replacement, The alarm
is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Technical Support
Notice:
a. The figure 4 is only for double line wire AC power input, 220V
AC input is different.

is connected, see figure 5;
Figure 5
3)
Please press the front door tightly, and
check whether the door alarm is disappeared, if the door alarm disappeared, we
can solve like this: sticking adhesive tape on the door switch, otherwise
please go to next step;
4)
Please close the front door, and open the
back door, press the back door tightly, and check whether the door alarm is
disappeared, if the door alarm disappeared, we can solve it by sticking
adhesive tape on the door switch, otherwise please go to next step;
5)
Please press both the front and back door(two
person is needed here), and check whether the door alarm is disappeared, if the
door alarm disappeared, solving it according 2) and 3); if not, go to next step
Solving key:
according to the current case of door alarm, all of the problems are caused by
the lower extent of door switch, we can solve it by sticking adhesive tape on
the door switch, 3 layer adhesive tapes are needed for the normal case,
according to figure 6.
6)
In this case, the sensor is faulty, please replace it, if necessary,
repeat step 2~5;
7) If
alarm still appears, please
contact Huawei Technical Support
